1. Cancellations by Client

  • Registration fees are strictly non-refundable once paid, regardless of service commencement.
  • If a client cancels services within 3 calendar days of full service payment (excluding registration fees) and no consultancy service has been initiated, a 100% refund (excluding registration fees) will be issued.
  • If the client cancels after services have commenced, a partial refund may be granted, based on the proportion of services not yet performed (registration fees remain non-refundable).
  • No refund will be granted if 50% or more of the agreed services have already been delivered.
  •  Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address.
  1. Cancellations by Niharika Education Consultancy

If we are unable to provide services due to internal reasons, a full or prorated refund will be issued depending on the extent of services rendered.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

  • Urgent or fast-track services
  • Completed consultations or documentation work
  • Personalized reports or final submissions
  1. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Any transaction or bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  1. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to refunds or services will be handled amicably. If unresolved, they will fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
